Department – Detailed Engineering

Reporting to – Department Head     

Years of Work Experience – 6-10 years

Preferred Experience – Experience in pressure vessels and heat exchangers

Location - Bhosari, Pune.

Outstation Travel – Need based / occassional

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding project specification, interacting with client to understand additional requirements
• Performing PV Elite calculations, making mechanical datasheets
• Ensuring receipt of inputs for mechanical calculations from client
• Ensuring correct and timely inputs to 2D/3D drawing, purchase, project management and production teams
• Checking of fabrication and general assembly drawings.
• Coordination with 3rd party agencies for FEA, HTRI, STAAD analysis
• Approval of mechanical datasheets and calculations from client
• Supporting marketing department by estimation of packages and process equipment using approved formats.
• Performing calculations for pressure drop, pump NPSH, filter sizing etc.
• Co-ordinating with various departments for estimation inputs and offer submission

 Academic Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering- Mechanical

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge and ability to operate PV Elite software
• Working knowledge of fatigue analysis (FEA), HTRI, structural analysis (STAAD)
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams
• Attention to details

Domain Knowledge

• Experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, filters, separators

IT Proficiency

• MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

Designation – Sr.QC Engineer (depending on experience)

Academic Qualifications – B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Work Experience – 2 to 4 years

Location – MIDC, Bhosari, Pune.

Travel – Moderate travel to project site involved

Skills –

1. Awareness in ASME Codes, Standards & Specifications.
2. Creating and maintaining the Company's Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company's quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports etc.
3. Awareness in NDT Methods and NDT Level –II  In RT and PT
4. Awareness in ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 & ISO 45001-2018.
5. Good knowledge of fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid packages
6. Detailed understanding of fabrication drawings.
7. Knowledge of P&IDs preferred
8. Ability to develop QAPs based on existing QAPs.
9. Understanding of WPS, PQR, WPQ
10. Decent communication skills – verbal and written

Key Responsibilities –

1. Making QC Documents as per the ASME Requirements & Project Requirements.
2. Preparation of all QC documents based on the approved project specific QAPs.
3. Inspection of all raw materials and out sourced fabrication at vendor works as well as GPEL plant.
4. Preparation of WPS, PQR, WPQ based on guidance from seniors.
5. Coordination with outsourcing agencies for NDT Activities.
6. TPI Handling for inspection with TUV Nord, BV, TATA Project, IRS, SGS etc.
7. Final Documentation.

Job Title –2D Draughtsman

Department – Detail Engineering 

Reporting to – Department Head     

Years of Work Experience – 2 To 5 Years

Preferred Experience - Process Equipment (Heat Exchanger, pressure vessel etc). Experience in U Stamp certified organisation is an added advantage.

Location - Bhosari, Pune.

Travel – Occasional as per requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of fabrication drawing for pressure vessels, filters, heat exchangers.
• Correction for all types of drawings.
• Preparation of P & ID

Academic Qualifications

• ITI / DME with detailed knowledge of AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Attention to details
• Team player.
• Punctual and good at time management
• Decent communication skills – verbal and written

• Domain Knowledge
• Preparation of detail fabrication drawing.
• Good knowledge of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, valves and piping.

Location - Bhosari, Pune.

Travel – Local travel only

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have experience in piping layout, equipment layout.
• Preparation of plot plan & equipment layout.
• Preparation of isometric and piping support drawings
• 3D-model review with client at various stage of the project.
• Prepare and check materials take-off and bill of materials.
• Designing piping system and creating drawings using Cadworx/ Plant 3D Plant professional.
• Co-ordinating with various departments for estimation inputs and offer submission

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering- Mechanical

Preferred Skills

• Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams
• Attention to details

Domain Knowledge

• Should have basic piping design knowledge for Process equipment like Separators, columns, exchangers, heater used in oil and gas projects.
• Piping design experience related to Process Skid and Packages for Up Stream and Down Stream would be preferred
• Knowledge in standards and guidelines for piping
• Should have experience in using Cawdorx Professional/ Plant 3D for 3D-Model
