Responsibilities:
- Float enquiries to supplier for each item group, receive quotations from suppliers & negotiate rates.
- Evaluating techno- commercial bids, terms & conditions for better negotiation of price, terms & conditions.
- Co-ordinate up with vendors for timely delivery of goods.
- Submitting offers for products during pre- order stage.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams.
- To reduce the dependency on a single vendor for optimizing quality, delivery period & credit.
- Spend Analysis/ Budget.
- Reduce the TAT of operations for other stake holders-Internal & External involved in Business.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in English.
- Purchasing of package items.
- Experience in purchase of Electrical & instrumentation items.
- Basic negotiation skills
- Good communication skills.
- Hands on experience in operating ERP/SAP.
