Job Title – Asst. Manager – Marketing / Sr. Engineer – Marketing

Department – Marketing

Reporting to – Department Head

Years of Work Experience – 7 to 10 years

Preferred Experience – Experience in Cost Estimation of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Skid Packages

Location – MIDC Bhosari, Pune

Outstation Travel – Need based / occasional

Roles and Responsibilities

Meeting sales targets.
Development of customer base within India and abroad
Managing customers, LSTK contractors and engineering consultants
Pre-bid / Techno-commercial Quotations (Cost-estimation) to customers in coordination with engineering department
Preparation of catalogues, website development.
Follow-up with customers from quotation to order stage
Analysis of performance results and making recommendations for future
Digital Marketing using appropriate tools
Attending seminars, symposium.

Academic Qualifications

Preferred Skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Team player
Ability to coordinate work between various functions – Operations, Purchase, product development, engineering, finance & accounts

Domain Knowledge

Good market knowledge with proven track-record in maintaining customer contacts and achieving sales targets.
Cost estimation for proposals of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping and skid packages.
Ability to understand product technical features and USPs and identify target markets
Strong analytical skills to review performance results and make recommendations for future actions
Self-driven – able to reach out, educate, nurture leads and ensure sales targets are met.
