Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) for maximum efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain production documentation and generate reports on output, downtime, and efficiency.
- Attend with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the shop floor.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Support new product trials and process improvements.
- Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, rolling, welding, NDT, and assembly.
- Monitor WPS/PQR/WQT adherence and welding quality.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid packages.
- Detailed understanding of fabrication drawings.
- Decent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to Work in Team.
- Work in MS Office (outlook Word and Excel), Emails
- Work in SAP B1.
